Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your SunMax AI subscription at any time. Here's what you need to know:

  • To cancel, log in to your account, go to Account Settings and select Subscription Management.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You'll continue to have access to SunMax AI until the end of your paid period.
  • We don't provide partial refunds for unused time on your subscription period.
  • After cancellation, your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan with limited features.

Refund Policy

SunMax AI strives to provide exceptional AI services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to all our users:

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase or upgrade.
  • To request a refund, contact our support team through the support portal or by emailing support@sunmax.live.
  • Please include your account email and the reason for requesting a refund.
  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

There are some situations where our standard refund policy may not apply:

  • Promotional or heavily discounted subscriptions may not be eligible for refunds.
  • Annual subscriptions beyond the 14-day period may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion.
  • Subscriptions with excessive usage (over 75% of allowed resources) during the trial period may have limited refund eligibility.
  • Enterprise or custom plan refunds are handled according to the terms in your service agreement.
  • In cases of service outages or technical issues, we may offer service credits or extended subscription periods instead of monetary refunds.

Subscription Downgrades

If you prefer to downgrade rather than cancel your subscription:

  • You can downgrade at any time through your account settings.
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You'll continue to enjoy your current plan features until your next billing date.
  • The price difference between plans is not refundable when downgrading.
  • If downgrading from an annual to a monthly plan, the change will take effect after your current annual subscription ends.
